Michelangelo Dreams of Texas Chainsaw
First Collection, 2026
The historical figure of Michelangelo is disrupted by an American slasher film: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974).
Michelangelo, a historical figure obsessed with perfection, dreams of a Texas chainsaw and destroys his own work. His sculptures, marked by this inexplicable rupture, remain suspended in time and transform into jewelry. In 2026, a young girl puts on the pieces and experiences the same sensation that overtook Michelangelo. Accumulated bodies, anatomical yet unsettling, twisted. As the dream invades her mind, the forms begin to shift. Leather and shadow take over the scene, giving rise to a corrupted version of those ancient remnants.
The collection is visually divided into three parts:
"Michelangelo": perfection
"Dreams of": rupture
"Texas Chainsaw": transformation
