PRODUCTION
We do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible.
Please keep in mind that each piece is carefully handmade, requiring time and attention. Our work involves an elaborate and personal approach where attention to detail is paramount.
Each piece is handcrafted in Spain
It takes 2-3 weeks to create your piece.
Made-to-Order pieces take 4-5 weeks to produce.

SHIPPING
Shipping times are in addition to production times.

Delivery times depend on your location.
Shipping cost is automatically updated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
All orders receive full tracking information.

Please note that the shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. These expenses are not the responsibility of the brand and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Regrettably, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.
The customer may assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
If the country of destination cannot be found in the checkout process, contact our customer service team at ambostouko@ambostouko.com to check the fee.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Each piece is made to order and conceived as an object of sculptural expression and form.
Its value lies in what it holds.
For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR PIECE SELECTION CAREFULLY. WE DO NOT WANT TO WASTE ANY PIECE.
Please note that slight variations in shape and color may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. No two pieces of the same design will look exactly alike.
When placing your order, make sure to provide the correct size. Size changes are not possible in many of our designs, as there are many elements in the creation that may be damaged during resizing. In this case, a new production of the order is required.

It is possible to exchange an item if there is a problem with the size.
Returns must be made within 7 days of reception and the product must be in perfect condition, not worn and not washed. The hygiene tag has to be still on.

Because AMBOS TOUKO is an independent brand, the shipping/returns costs will be at the client’s expense.
Please note that AMBOS TOUKO is not responsible for returns lost in post. Please send returns with postal tracking. Please send the tracking number to ambostouko@ambostouko.com

WARRANTY
If your piece suffers any damage caused by craftsmanship, please contact us for assessment and repair. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to report any defects or imperfections within 24 hours of delivery.
To assess the case, please send a clear photograph along with the proof of purchase. If the warranty claim is accepted, you can bring the defective item to us in person or send it to our workshop on your own using a trackable delivery service and properly packaged to avoid further damage.
If the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we are unable to repair or replace the item.
Returns of items with manufacturing defects will be covered by us. We recommend using your local postal service, rather than private companies, to ensure that the return costs are below the original shipping cost.
Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions, sent with each order, for all items.
Those items considered defective due to reasonable wear and tear or mishandling by the customer will not be considered for replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not comply with our return policy.
In the event that a return is received that does not meet our requirements after inspection, we will return the item to the customer at their expense.
